Terms for Purchasing Tickets to the Festival, HÅP
1. General Terms

These terms apply to the purchase of tickets for the HÅP Festival.
2. Booking and Payment

Booking takes place on Opaker Gård’s website.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Payment can be made by card.
3. Cancellation and Refunds

There is no right of withdrawal for ticket purchases.

If you are unable to attend, the ticket can be transferred to someone else. You must send the ticket along with the name, email, and phone number of the new participant to oda@opaker.no.

If the festival is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or rebooking will be offered.
4. Changes to the Programme

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme if necessary. This also applies during the festival.
5. Liability and Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own health and insurance.

The organiser is not responsible for any injuries or losses during the festival.
6. Conduct and Guidelines

Participants are expected to follow the festival’s rules and guidelines.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to participants who violate the rules, without a refund.
7. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Data is used solely for festival administration and is not shared with third parties.
