Water represents cleansing, compassion, and the deeper layers of our inner lives. This day is dedicated to emotions, intuition, and the subconscious. What stands in the way of us living our greatest potential? Through movement, reflection, and exploring our own emotions in safe spaces, we can release what blocks life energy and flow.

Friday: Water

Thursday: Earth

Earth is the foundation for all growth, both physical and mental. Earth represents stability, security, and nourishment, and a good, fertile soil lays the groundwork for all growth. This day will focus on grounding ourselves at the festival. Through safe icebreaker exercises, time in nature, and calming practices for the nervous system, we will build a solid foundation for further growth and create a safe space where we can dare to be ourselves.

Air is the element of intelligence, creativity, and new beginnings. It symbolizes the power of thought, inspiration, imagination, and freedom. On this day, we will work with the light and expansive energy of air through breathing techniques, visualization, and reflection. The goal is for us to leave the festival with a sense of clarity, direction, and inspiration to create change within ourselves and the world around us.

Sunday: Air

Fire is the element of transformation and passion. It represents power, will, and inspiration – an energy that drives us to create and express ourselves. On this day, we will explore the energy of fire through dance, music, bonfire ceremonies, and inspirational talks. Through movement and powerful exercises, we will awaken our inner flame and create space for our creative expression. We invite you to connect with your strength, passion, and ability to create change – both within yourself and in the world around you.
