Food at the festival

Included in the ticket are three meals per day.

The food will be organic and locally sourced.

We serve meat for lunch and vegetarian options for dinner.

Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. To transfer your ticket, please contact oda@opaker.no and provide your ticket details along with the name, email address, and phone number of the new participant.

Alcohol-free festival

The HÅP Festival is a 100% alcohol- and drug-free event. Smoking is only allowed outside the festival area.

Who can participate?

The festival is open to everyone. We strive to create a program that suits both those with experience in holistic health and newcomers who wish to explore new paths to well-being.

Can I participate in parts of the festival?

Currently, we are only selling tickets for the entire festival. We strongly encourage full participation, as the program is designed as a journey where we build trust and go deeper together. If capacity allows, day passes may become available in June.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! We are confident that you will make new friends during the festival. On the first day, you will be assigned to a sharing group, with daily sharing circles included in the program. An emotional support system will also be available if you need assistance during the festival.

Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers for the festival. As a volunteer, you will work 5 hours per day on tasks such as cleaning the festival area or assisting in the kitchen. In return, you can attend the festival free of charge, with accommodation in a tent. Volunteers must arrive the day before the festival starts and stay until the day after it ends.

Children are welcome.

Children are warmly welcome, and there will be dedicated activities for them throughout the day.

Children are welcome to participate in most activities alongside an adult. However, we ask that they do not participate in certain workshops that involve deeper processes.

Child tickets

Under 12 years old: Children under 12 can participate for free if they stay in a tent. In some triple rooms, we have 1.20-meter wide beds; if you share this with your child, they can also stay for free.

Ages 12-18: Children aged 12-18 only need to pay for meals if they stay in a tent. If they require their own bed in a double or triple room, a regular ticket must be purchased.

Starts from Wednesday, July 2nd at 5:00 PM to Sunday, July 6th at 2:00 PM.
